Gratitude

I was thinking today that I have such a wide variety of friends.  Many different demographics, cultures, beliefs, careers and even humour.  I'm truly blessed in that department.

Standing thigh deep in the pond while I repaired it - again - I tipped my head back and breathed deep.  I love all the smells at this time of year.  I can't even begin to describe them.

My head is full of many things today. Mostly, I'm grateful for the people I love. Nothing prompted that awareness. Just woke up aware of the amazing people who share my life.
