One Good Thing about walking 15km this morning was the fascinating conversation I overheard between two volunteers. They had a mutual friend who'd mentioned the great deeds the one woman's son has undertaken as part of his life's work. Apparently, he travels with his friends engaging in random acts of kindness. They are often viewed with suspicion but they genuine enthusiasm overcomes most skeptics. In this day of horrible news and hatred, it's refreshing to read their adventures. There are more good people in the world than bad. Strangers continue to help each other. The world is a good place.
